People, leadership and culture

The way we work
also builds the team.

How people respond under pressure, how they listen and how they talk about difficulties are part of the everyday experience of an organization.

I work with companies and institutions that want to make room for these questions and offer their professionals the knowledge and tools to approach them.

Areas of work

From understanding
to practice.

01

Emotional awareness

Recognizing your own state, understanding what triggers it and noticing how it influences the way you work and relate to others.

02

Regulation under pressure

Practicing ways to notice signs of activation, introduce a pause and widen the range of responses in demanding situations.

03

Listening and conversations

Working on active listening, expressing needs and well-being conversations, with tools that can be applied within the team.

04

05

Demands and boundaries

Talking about priorities, availability and rest, taking into account real working conditions and the organization's responsibility.

How we begin

A proposal built
around your needs.

Context and goals

We find out who the activity is for, which situations you want to address and what you hope to work on.

Design and conditions

We define content, format, duration, mode and budget before starting the work.

Frequently asked questions

Before you organize it.

Is the content adapted to our organization?

The proposal is defined based on the goals, the participants' profile and the context you share. The extent of that adaptation is agreed beforehand.

Can it be done online or in person?

The format is assessed according to the type of activity, location and availability. It is agreed together with the duration and conditions of the proposal.

How is the budget set?

A proposal is prepared with the scope, format, required preparation and financial terms. To put it together, we need to know the group and the activity you are looking for.

Do participants have to share personal experiences?

Participation can rely on examples and work situations. Sharing personal experiences is voluntary and is not a requirement for taking part in the activities.

How is it different from a talk?

Workshops and training programs set aside space to practice and work with the group. A talk is designed for an intervention at an event or gathering, with its own approach and length.
